VSPL provided entire Concept to Commissioning services for “The Administration Office Building & Regional Gas Management Center of GAIL (India) Limited” at Belapur, Navi Mumbai, starting from Architecture design till Construction Supervision and Handing Over. The project was awarded with GRIHA 4 Star Rating, at GRIHA Summit 2017 held on 2^nd March 2017 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The GRIHA Plaque was received by team of VSPL Architects (Ms Swati Agarwal, Principal Architect) and Client’s Team (Mr U C Singh, Chief Manager, GAIL (I) Ltd) from Mr. Rajeev Kapoor, Secretary, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) , Dr Ajay Mathur, Director General, TERI, and President, GRIHA Council, Mr Amit Kumar, Senior Director – Social Transformation, TERI & Vice President, GRIHA Council and Mr Sanjay Seth, Senior Director, Sustainable Habitat Division, TERI & CEO, GRIHA Council.

It will be developed as a mixed uses project, a technology business oriented park to be located within Bagamoyo Special Economic Zone (BSEZ). The Technology Park project will be the first of its kind in Tanzania, located within the Bagamoyo SEZ, 50 km North of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania’s Main Commercial city; 70 km from Julius Nyerere International Airport

Voyants won another prestigious project of Military Engineering Services (MES), India for Architecture Designing, Detailed Engineering and DPR preparation for development of State-of-the-art Headquarter Building for Integrated Defence Staff (IDS) at Palam in New Delhi. The proposed building will be a GRIHA 3 star building comprising of all sustainable design features. The building shall house officers and personnel’s from the three Services (Army, Navy and Air Force), the Ministry of External Affairs/Indian Foreign Service, Defence Finance/Defence Accounts Department, Department of Defence (Ministry of Defence) and the Department of Defence Research and Development (Ministry of Defence).

The project spreads over an area of 500 acres with a Built up Area of 32,00,000 SQFT comprising of various buildings like Residential Accommodation, Storage Accommodation, Officers Mess, Administrative Building, Auditorium, Swimming Pool, Football Ground, Hockey Ground, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Volley Ball Court and other amenities. The proposed project shall be designed as GRIHA 3 star building comprising of all green building design principles.
