Deepak, with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He has 20 years of rich experience in development of corporate financial strategy, financial reporting, budgeting, fund raising, taxation, corporate governance, valuation, compliance and legal drafting /vetting. He believes in process based approach and control systems.

Deepak heads the ‘Finance & Accounts’ division of Voyants as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is responsible for corporate financial strategy and management, corporate governance, compliance, taxation and fund raising for the company.
