CSR Sarma is an Electrical Engineer from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

He joined Government of Andhra Pradesh and rose to the rank of Chief Engineer AP Transco. He has also been associated with Companies like Power Control and Appliances in Nigeria, GET Power and KVK Energy in key positions. During his innings with AP government, he has lead teams in design and execution of prestigious projects. He has vast experience in electrical technology in areas of transmission, distribution, erection of sub stations, rural electrification, cabling, transformer manufacturing and metering technology. He has been instrumental in Energy Utility partnership programs between Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and USA.

He is Principal Consultant in ‘Energy Division’ (ED) of Voyants.
