Develop corporate business strategy and implement a long term business plan for strategic accounts. Able to develop relevant business proposals for all infrastructural sectors.
Plans, initiates and implements market research to determine trends, projects, industry needs, client preferences, risks and opportunities in order to acquire business and customize offerings.
Continuously review existing business strategies and targets for better alignment with business goals. Develop and implement policies & processes and monitor the adherence of same.
Drives the team to focus on getting high margins from new and existing customers by innovating the service offerings.
Oversee and grow identified high potential accounts and seeking out new opportunities. Analyses and monitors clientele, profiles, sales and revenue data, identify deviations and take corrective actions
Plan and execute effective customer relationship strategy and maintain long term business relationship with key decision makers and influencers. Conduct customer loyalty programs and leverage on relationship through effective networking.
Oversee all marketing and communication initiatives to proactively promote the company’s offerings and business strategies.
Analyze and interpret business data and prepares business reports for management. Timely and accurate reporting through MIS (Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports). Manage business funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor business against targets.
Should be a highly self driven result oriented person. Efficiently handling international business. Should be an analytical and good negotiator with proven problem solving and decision making abilities.
