Col VS Vats has done his Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore and holds Post Graduate specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM). He has been associated with the Indian Army in key positions. He has been conferred with 20 Most Talented HR Leaders in India & 101 Top HR Minds Citation by world HRD Congress in 2013 & 2019, Most Influential HR Leader Award by Daily Indian Media and Power Brand in 2023, Iconic Business Leader -HR Award by Dynergic Business Solutions in 2023 and Visionary HR Leader Award by The Crown Awards in 2023. During his illustrious career with Indian Army as a Commissioned Officer, he was honoured with COAS Commendation for Innovative HR Practices and has been part of various international study groups on benchmarking of human resource practices.

He brings with him a vast experience of over 30 years in Strategic Manpower Planning aligned with organizational goals through competency development, optimum utilization of human capital within budgetary parameters, OD Initiatives, Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Appraisal, Personnel Management and Innovative HR Practices. During his career he has formulated many cost-effective and innovative HRM strategies.

He also has proven experience in project management, policy on master & zonal planning, strategy for capital works, roll on plans and budgetary planning and funds allocation.

Col Vats is Director in Voyants Board and is responsible to spearhead Operations of the Company. He leads the Strategic Business Units (SBUs)& the Human Resources divisions of Voyants.
