Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited has appointed Voyants as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for implementation of balance work of Jharkhand Sampurna Achchadan Yojna (JSBAY) for all 24 districts of Jharkhand State. The PMC services under the scheme include hand holding of the project from the concept to commissioning under the State Plan.
