Voyants Solutions Pvt Ltd has been entrusted with the task of Architecture designing, detailed engineering and Quality supervision works for development of State-of-the-Art self-sustainable “Central Square” by Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL). The Central Square will comprise of state-of the art landscape pedestrian plaza, multi modal integration of inter modal transport facilities like existing central railway station, Chennai central metro rail , suburban railways, park-station, park-town station, bus-station and proposed bus-terminus along with basement parking facilities for commuters, off road parking bays, bus-bays, and non-motorized transit (pedestrian traffic); sub-way facilities and passenger amenities related to this public infrastructure. Voyants will be developing a comprehensive plan to integrate various transport modes so commuters benefit from seamless transit connectivity.

Voyants won another prestigious project of Military Engineering Services (MES), India for Architecture Designing, Detailed Engineering and DPR preparation for development of State-of-the-art Headquarter Building for Integrated Defence Staff (IDS) at Palam in New Delhi. The proposed building will be a GRIHA 3 star building comprising of all sustainable design features. The building shall house officers and personnel’s from the three Services (Army, Navy and Air Force), the Ministry of External Affairs/Indian Foreign Service, Defence Finance/Defence Accounts Department, Department of Defence (Ministry of Defence) and the Department of Defence Research and Development (Ministry of Defence).

VSPL received another project from MES for Detailed Engineering, Planning and Design Consultancy Services for provision of buildings and services works at Sigar in Arunachal Pradesh. The project spreads over an area of 500 acres with a Built up Area of 32,00,000 SQFT comprising of various buildings like Residential Accommodation, Storage Accommodation, Officers Mess, Administrative Building, Auditorium, Swimming Pool, Football Ground, Hockey Ground, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Volley Ball Court and other amenities. The proposed project shall be designed as GRIHA 3 star building comprising of all green building design principles.

The third edition of the four day Indo-Africa Forum Summit took place between 26th to 29th October 2015 in Delhi, which enabled consultation at the highest political level with the heads of Government of 54 nations across Africa and India.

Voyants completes the design of phase 1 of ICT Center of Excellence Building for Rwanda Development Board at Kigali (Rwanda). This is a green architecture building with nature landscaping, bio swales and rain water harvesting.

This building will have the Carnegie Mellon University’s Future Campus in Kigali, Rwanda

This is an African Development Bank funded project (AfDB). The master plan design for the entire campus includes 11 buildings: the main academic building, which includes a café, bookstore, library and resource center, as well as faculty and administrative offices and classrooms; a conference center; an amphitheater; a student activity center; five student housing buildings; one faculty housing building; and a gate house.

Voyants looks forward to successfully design more such state-of-the-Art campuses.
